In short，T652=T6+Forging（stress relief）

When the thickness of the 7075 T6 aluminum plate reaches about 250mm, due to the limited rolling force of the roller, the internal organization is not fully extended, resulting in the internal is still in a loose state, affecting the material properties.

Forging can make the internal organization to be fully extended, improve product performance. In addition, after forging, flaw detection will be conducted to reduce the probability of bad problems such as trachoma and porosity.7075 T652 aluminum plate involves a stress relief treatment after the initial aging process.
